The Goldwater Bulldogs felled the visiting Verrado Vipers football team by a score of 30-7 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs face the Flowing Wells Caballeros (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 26. Goldwater will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record. The Caballeros go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 35-0 non-league win over Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ).
The Vipers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Marcos de Niza (Tempe, AZ). The Padres go into the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record.
