The Benicia Panthers felled the host Miramonte Matadors flag football team by a score of 30-13 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Panthers play the Mt. Diablo Red Devils (Concord, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 18. Benicia will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Red Devils go into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 20-0 non-league loss to Antioch (Antioch, CA).
The Matadors (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Las Lomas (Walnut Creek, CA). The Knights go into the Diablo - Valley challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Las Lomas lost by College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA), 39-0, in a non-league challenge.
