South Elgin Storm (South Elgin, IL) fans went home in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their flag football team achieve victory over the visiting Larkin Royals (Elgin, IL), 34-14 in a league battle.

With the win, South Elgin improves its record to 7-4 on the season. The Storm travel to Bartlett (Bartlett, IL) to play the Hawks in a battle on Saturday, September 21. The Hawks go into the battle with a record of 2-7. Bartlett lost 30-20 in their recent league battle against Jacobs (Algonquin, IL)

The Royals now have a 2-9 record. They play next when they host Libertyville for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 21. Larkin will play a Wildcats team coming off a 22-14 non-league loss to Glenbrook North (Northbrook, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-4.
