The Chargers now hold a 12-0 record. They play next when they host Spencer County for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 21. Bullitt East will play a Bears squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Shelby County (Shelbyville, KY). The Bears record now stands at 8-3.

With the loss, Meade County moves to 3-6 on the year. The Green waves host Grayson County (Leitchfield, KY) to play the Cougars in a District 11 bout on Monday, September 23. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 7-8. Grayson County lost 7-1 in their recent non-league bout against Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY)
