Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Fisher/Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley Bunnies (Fisher, IL) and the visiting Rantoul Eagles (Rantoul, IL), saw Fisher/Gibson City-Melvin-Sibley's soccer squad knock off Rantoul by a count of 3-0.

The Bunnies (9-1) will now prepare for their battle against Iroquois West (Gilman, IL). The Raiders enter the non-league battle with a 3-9 record. In their last battle, Iroquois West by Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin (Bismarck, IL), 7-2, in a league battle.

Next up, the Eagles battle the St. Thomas More Sabers (Champaign, IL) in a Illini Prairie battle, on Thursday, September 19. Rantoul will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record. The Sabers enter the battle with a 4-2 record after their 5-0 non-league loss to Urbana University (Urbana, IL).
