The Auburn Tigers edged the visiting Pike Road Patriots volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Wednesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Tigers face the Buckhorn Bucks (New Market, AL) in a non-league game, on Friday, September 20. Auburn will attempt to advance on its 16-5 season record. The Bucks go into the game with a 24-6 record after their 3-0 league win over Hazel Green (Hazel Green, AL).
The Patriots (11-8) will now prepare for their game against Rehobeth (Dothan, AL). The Rebels go into the non-league game with a 11-6 record. In their last game, Rehobeth nudged Opp (Opp, AL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
