In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the visiting Dr. Krop Lightning volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Hialeah Thoroughbreds.
The Lightning (4-3) will now prepare for their challenge against American (Hialeah, FL). The Patriots enter the non-league contest with a 6-0 record.
Next, the Thoroughbreds battle the Miami Beach Hi-Tides (Miami Beach, FL) in a non-league contest, on Friday, September 20. Hialeah will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record.
