Arizona High School Volleyball - Anthem Prep over Tempe Prep

Fans at Wednesday's non-league contest between the Anthem Prep Eagles (Anthem, AZ) and the host Tempe Prep Knights (Tempe, AZ), observed Anthem Prep's volleyball team top Tempe Prep by a count of 3-1.

The Eagles (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Antelope (Wellton, AZ). The Rams enter the 1A - West contest with a 5-3 record. In their last contest, Antelope notched a victory over Santa Cruz Valley (Eloy, AZ), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Knights battle the ALA - Anthem South Titans (Florence, AZ) in a 2A - Valley contest, on Thursday, September 26. Tempe Prep will attempt to move on its 5-5 season record. The Titans enter the contest with a 0-6 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Leading Edge Academy - GEC (Gilbert, AZ).
