In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Waggener Wildcats volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Iroquois Raiders.
The Wildcats (7-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Highlands Latin (Louisville, KY). The Highlanders enter the District 27 challenge with a 2-16 record. In their last challenge, Highlands Latin was beaten by Atherton (Louisville, KY), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Raiders meet the Jeffersontown Chargers (Louisville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 23. Iroquois will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record.
