With the win, Wheaton improves its record to 1-3 on the season. The Knights travel to Gainesville (Gainesville, VA) to face the Cardinals in a non-league test on Saturday, September 21. The Cardinals go into the test with a record of 7-1. Gainesville won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Mountain View (Stafford, VA)

The Gladiators now own a 0-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Richard Montgomery for a non-league test on Friday, September 20. Northwood will face a Rockets squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Wootton (Rockville, MD). The Rockets record now stands at 3-0.
