Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Westview Knights (Avondale, AZ) and the host Sierra Linda Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ), observed Westview's volleyball team top Sierra Linda by a count of 2-0.

The Knights (1-2) will now prepare for their contest against Crismon (Queen Creek, AZ). The Rattlers enter the non-league battle with a 4-2 record. In their last battle, Crismon achieved victory over Cortez (Phoenix, AZ), 2-0, in a non-league battle.

The Bulldogs now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Independence for a non-league battle on Monday, October 13.
