Illinois High School Flag Football - Maine South knocks off Loyola Academy

The Loyola Academy Ramblers flag football team (Wilmette, IL), was topped 27-0 in Thursday's non-league bout with the visiting Maine South Hawks (Park Ridge, IL)

With the win, Maine South advances its record to 13-2 on the season. The Hawks travel to Taft (Chicago, IL) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, September 19. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-6. Taft won 33-7 in their recent non-league bout against Niles North (Skokie, IL)

The Ramblers now own a 10-4 record. They play next when they travel to Wauconda for a non-league bout on Monday, September 22. Loyola Academy will confront a Bulldogs squad coming off a 20-6 non-league loss to Carmel (Mundelein, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-4.
