In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Eastmark Firebirds flag football team scored a nice 19-0 win over the Benjamin Franklin Chargers.
With the win, Eastmark advances its record to 1-1 on the season. The Firebirds travel to Dysart (El Mirage, AZ) to play the Demons in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 9. The Demons go into the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Chargers now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they host ALA - Gilbert North for a non-league battle on Monday, September 22. Benjamin Franklin will play a Eagles team coming off a 20-0 non-league win over Paradise Honors (Surprise, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.
