Wilmington Charter Force (Wilmington, DE) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Caravel Academy Buccaneers (Bear, DE), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Wilmington Charter advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign.
The Buccaneers now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Milford for a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. Caravel Academy will clash with a Buccaneers team coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Lake Forest (Felton, DE). The Buccaneers record now stands at 0-3.
