In Thursday's non-league contest, the DeKalb Barons (Waterloo, IN) soccer team routed the visiting Wawasee Warriors (Syracuse, IN), by a count of 9-0.
Next, the Barons face the Norwell Knights (Ossian, IN) in a North East Eight contest, on Monday, September 22. DeKalb will attempt to upgrade on its 8-4 season record. The Knights enter the contest with a 8-4 record after their 6-0 non-league win over South Adams (Berne, IN).
The Warriors (0-10) will now prepare for their contest against Northridge (Middlebury, IN). The Raiders enter the Northern Lakes contest with a 8-2 record. In their last contest, Northridge beat South Bend Saint Joseph (South Bend, IN), 1-0, in a non-league contest.
