The Taylor Griffins were victorious over the host Edsel Ford Thunderbirds football team by a score of 26-14 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Griffins face the Carlson Marauders (Gibraltar, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 25. Taylor will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Marauders enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 36-6 league win over Trenton (Trenton, MI).
The Thunderbirds (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Anderson (Southgate, MI). The Titans enter the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Anderson lost by Roosevelt (Wyandotte, MI), 34-20, in a non-league challenge.
