The Grosse Pointe South Blue Devils (Grosse Pointe, MI) football trounced the host L'Anse Creuse Lancers (Harrison Township, MI), 55-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Blue Devils now possess a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Roseville for a non-league game on Thursday, September 25. Grosse Pointe South will battle a Panthers team coming off a 14-0 non-league win over L'Anse Creuse North (Macomb, MI). The Panthers record now stands at 1-3.
The Lancers (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Utica (Utica, MI). The Chieftains enter the non-league game with a 3-1 record. In their last game, Utica overwhelmed Lakeview (St. Clair Shores, MI), 22-16, in a non-league game.
