The Simi Valley Pioneers football squad scored 48 points and limited the visiting Thousand Oaks Lancers to 40 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Pioneers now hold a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Bonaventure for a test on Wednesday, October 1. Simi Valley will face a Seraphs team coming off a 26-0 non-league win over Valencia (Valencia, CA). The Seraphs record now stands at 2-1.

The Lancers (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Calabasas (Calabasas, CA). The Coyotes go into the challenge with a 1-3 record.
