The Hinkley Thunder smashed the visiting Denver West Cowboys soccer team by a tally of 7-1 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next, the Thunder face the Lincoln Lancers (Denver, CO) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, September 24. Hinkley will attempt to advance on its 1-4 season record.
The Cowboys (1-2) will now prepare for their bout against Gateway (Aurora, CO). The Olympians go into the non-league bout with a 2-6 record. In their last bout, Gateway was overwhelmed by Adams City (Commerce City, CO), 5-0, in a league bout.
