Coal City Coalers (Coal City, IL) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Peotone Blue Devils (Peotone, IL), 2-0 in a league test.

With the win, Coal City advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Coalers travel to Lisle (Lisle, IL) to face the Lions in a test on Tuesday, September 30. The Lions go into the test with a record of 6-8.

The Blue Devils now sport a 10-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bishop McNamara for a non-league test on Monday, September 22.
