In Thursday's league challenge, the visiting New Albany Bulldogs volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Columbus East Olympians.

The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Columbus North (Columbus, IN). The Bull Dogs go into the non-league test with a 12-1 record. In their last test, Columbus North achieved victory over Jennings County (North Vernon, IN), 2-1, in a non-league test.

The Olympians now own a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mooresville for a non-league test on Saturday, September 20. Columbus East will face a Pioneers squad coming off a 2-0 league loss to Decatur Central (Indianapolis, IN). The Pioneers record now stands at 0-4.
