In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Freedom Eagles volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Loudoun Valley Vikings.
The Eagles (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against John Champe (Aldie, VA). The Knights come into the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, John Champe was edged by Dominion (Sterling, VA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Vikings now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dominion for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 24.
