Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Governor Mifflin Mustangs (Shillington, PA) and the host Fleetwood Tigers (Fleetwood, PA), saw Governor Mifflin's soccer squad knock off Fleetwood by a count of 4-2.

The Mustangs (4-5) will now prepare for their battle against Exeter Township (Reading, PA). The Eagles come into the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Exeter Township nipped Twin Valley (Elverson, PA), 4-0, in a league match.

The Tigers now sport a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host Muhlenberg for a non-league match on Saturday, September 20. Fleetwood will meet a Muhls team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Daniel Boone (Birdsboro, PA). The Muhls record now stands at 6-4.
