Manchester Valley Mavericks (Manchester, MD) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Francis Scott Key Eagles (Union Bridge, MD), 6-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Manchester Valley moves its record to 1-3 on the campaign. The Mavericks host Winters Mill (Westminster, MD) to meet the Falcons in a MVAL - Blue Ridge test on Thursday, September 25. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 3-1. Winters Mill won 4-0 in their recent non-league test against Poly (Baltimore, MD)

The Eagles now sport a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host South Hagerstown for a non-league outing on Wednesday, September 24.
