Hampton Roads Academy Navigators (Newport News, VA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Saints (Suffolk, VA), 5-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Hampton Roads Academy moves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Navigators travel to Peninsula Catholic (Newport News, VA) to confront the Knights in a TCIS outing on Tuesday, September 23. The Knights enter the outing with a record of 1-2.

Next up, the Saints confront the Steward Spartans (Richmond, VA) in a TCIS outing, on Friday, September 19. Nansemond-Suffolk Academy will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Spartans come into the test with a 4-4 record after their 7-1 non-league win over Summit Christian Academy (Yorktown, VA).
