In Thursday's league outing, the host Oak Creek Knights soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 win over the Indian Trail Hawks.
The Knights (1-9) will now prepare for their outing against Catholic Memorial (Waukesha, WI). The Crusaders come into the Classic Eight test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Catholic Memorial nipped Hartford (Hartford, WI), 4-2, in a non-league test.
The Hawks now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host Shoreland Lutheran for a non-league test on Monday, September 22. Indian Trail will clash with a Pacers team coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Cristo Rey (Milwaukee, WI). The Pacers record now stands at 6-2.
