Ohio High School Soccer - Waynedale nudges Tuscarawas Valley

In Thursday's non-league outing, the host Waynedale Golden Bears soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Tuscarawas Valley Trojans.
The Golden Bears (4-7) will now prepare for their outing against Norwayne (Creston, OH). The Bobcats enter the Wayne County outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Norwayne was tipped by Cardinal Mooney (Youngstown, OH), 2-0, in a non-league test.
The Trojans now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sandy Valley for a Inter Valley South test on Tuesday, September 23. Tuscarawas Valley will clash with a Cardinals team coming off a 9-2 non-league win over Minerva (Minerva, OH). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-3.
