Montgomery County Wildcats (Montgomery City, MO) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they witnessed their softball team tip the visiting Clopton Hawks (Clarksville, MO), 4-0 in a league match.

The Wildcats (7-1) will now prepare for their match against Van-Far (Vandalia, MO). The Indians enter the Class 1 District 7 game with a 1-3 record.

The Hawks now own a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Louisiana for a non-league battle on Tuesday, September 23.
