The Dickson Comets softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Ringling Blue Devils to 1 in the Comets non-league win on Thursday.

The Comets now sport a 15-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Durant for a non-league battle on Thursday, September 18. Dickson will encounter a Lions team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Tahlequah (Tahlequah, OK). The Lions record now stands at 7-18.

With the loss, Ringling drops to 3-4 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Comanche (Comanche, OK) to meet the Indians in a non-league test on Thursday, September 18. The Indians go into the test with a record of 8-18. Comanche lost 16-0 in their recent non-league test against Lone Grove (Lone Grove, OK)
