The Columbia Central Golden Eagles (Brooklyn, MI) volleyball knocked off the host Blissfield Royals (Blissfield, MI), 3-0 in Thursday's non-league contest.
The Golden Eagles (10-7) will now prepare for their contest against Grass Lake (Grass Lake, MI). The Warriors enter the Cascades contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Grass Lake notched a victory over Homer (Homer, MI), 3-2, in a league battle.
The Royals now own a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league battle on Saturday, September 20. Blissfield will battle a Railsplitters team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Adrian (Adrian, MI). The Railsplitters record now stands at 3-10.
