The McCook Bison prevailed the host Colby Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.

The Bison now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Hoxie for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 18. McCook will clash with a Indians team coming off a 2-0 league win over Russell (Russell, KS). The Indians record now stands at 9-1.

With the loss, Colby drops to 2-10 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Dodge City (Dodge City, KS) to clash with the Demons in a non-league bout on Saturday, September 20. The Demons come into the bout with a record of 3-9. Dodge City lost 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Lakin (Lakin, KS)
