Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Da Vinci Dragons (El Paso, TX) and the visiting Patterson Institute Lions (El Paso, TX), observed Da Vinci's volleyball team top Patterson Institute by a count of 3-0.

The Dragons (21-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bel Air (El Paso, TX). The Highlanders enter the non-league contest with a 11-11 record. In their last contest, Bel Air was defeated by Americas (El Paso, TX), 3-2, in a league battle.

The Lions now own a 2-10 record.
