The First Baptist Academy volleyball squad (O'Fallon, IL), was edged 2-1 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Mt. Olive Wildcats (Mt. Olive, IL)

With the win, Mt. Olive moves its record to 3-6 on the year. The Wildcats host East Alton-Wood River (Wood River, IL) to meet the Oilers in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 23. The Oilers enter the contest with a record of 2-15. East Alton-Wood River lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against North Clay (Louisville, IL)

Next, the meet the Patoka Warriors (Patoka, IL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 23. First Baptist Academy will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Warriors go into the battle with a 6-8 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Grayville (Grayville, IL).
