The South Umpqua Lancers topped the visiting Hidden Valley Mustangs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Lancers confront the Glide Wildcats (Glide, OR) in a 3A Far West game, on Tuesday, September 23. South Umpqua will attempt to advance on its 5-4 season record.

The Mustangs (2-7) will now prepare for their outing against Henley (Klamath Falls, OR). The Hornets come into the 4A Skyline outing with a 10-3 record. In their last outing, Henley was topped by Cascade Christian (Medford, OR), 3-1, in a non-league outing.
