The Eagles now have a 11-9 record. They play next when they host Pell City for a non-league outing on Friday, September 19. Oak Mountain will play a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Oxford (Oxford, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 9-11.

With the loss, Hillcrest drops to 8-15 on the campaign. The Patriots host Sipsey Valley (Buhl, AL) to confront the Bears in a non-league game on Monday, September 22. The Bears go into the game with a record of 10-8. Sipsey Valley lost 3-1 in their recent non-league game against Northside (Northport, AL)
