Florida High School Volleyball - Lake Worth Christian Seminole Ridge

In Thursday's non-league match, the Seminole Ridge Hawks (Loxahatchee, FL) volleyball squad knocked off the host Lake Worth Christian Defenders (Boynton Beach, FL), by a margin of 3-1.

The Hawks now possess a 6-8 record. They play next when they host Dwyer for a 6A District 8 bout on Wednesday, September 24. Seminole Ridge will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to North Broward Prep (Coconut Creek, FL). The Panthers record now stands at 11-7.

With the loss, Lake Worth Christian falls to 8-7 on the year. The Defenders travel to Atlantic Christian (West Palm Beach, FL) to battle the Sharks in a 1A District 13 contest on Monday, September 22. The Sharks enter the contest with a record of 10-7. Atlantic Christian won 3-0 in their recent non-league contest against Treasure Coast (Port St. Lucie, FL)
