South Carolina High School Volleyball - Sun Valley over Legion Collegiate Academy

The Sun Valley Spartans volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers to 0 in the Spartans non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Spartans now sport a 12-10 record. They take the field next when they host Weddington for a Southern Carolina 6A/7A match on Tuesday, September 23.

The Lancers (9-9) will now prepare for their match against Ambassador Christian School (Huntersville, NC). The Lions enter the non-league match with a 18-5 record. In their last match, Ambassador Christian School gained a win over Covenant Day (Matthews, NC), 3-1, in a non-league bout.
