In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Moody Blue Devils volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Lincoln Golden Bears.
The Blue Devils (12-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Oxford (Oxford, AL). The Yellow Jackets enter the non-league test with a 5-8 record.
The Golden Bears now own a 3-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Decatur for a non-league test on Friday, September 19. Lincoln will face a Red Raiders squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Muscle Shoals (Muscle Shoals, AL). The Red Raiders record now stands at 8-13.
