In Thursday's non-league match, the MOT Charter Mustangs (Middletown, DE) volleyball team knocked off the visiting Smyrna Eagles (Smyrna, DE), by a margin of 3-0.
The Mustangs now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Appoquinimink for a non-league bout on Friday, September 19. MOT Charter will clash with a Jaguars team coming off a 3-0 league win over William Penn (New Castle, DE). The Jaguars record now stands at 3-0.
With the loss, Smyrna drops to 2-3 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Sussex Academy (Georgetown, DE) to clash with the Seahawks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 23. The Seahawks come into the bout with a record of 4-0.
