Whiteford Bobcats (Ottawa Lake, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Pinckney Pirates (Pinckney, MI), 2-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Whiteford improves its record to 8-9 on the season. The Bobcats host Erie-Mason (Erie, MI) to face the Eagles in a Tri-County test on Thursday, September 25. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 8-4.

The Pirates now own a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakeland for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 23. Pinckney will face a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Mott (Waterford, MI). The Eagles record now stands at 10-9.
