In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Westmoreland Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Trousdale County Yellowjackets.
The Eagles (11-8) will now prepare for their challenge against White House-Heritage (White House, TN). The Patriots enter the AA District 9 challenge with a 13-9 record. In their last challenge, White House-Heritage beat Greenbrier (Greenbrier, TN), 3-1, in a league challenge.
The Yellowjackets now own a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Friendship Christian for a non-league test on Monday, September 22. Trousdale County will face a Commanders squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Oakland (Murfreesboro, TN). The Commanders record now stands at 9-6.
