The Bonita Vista Barons volleyball team (Chula Vista, CA), was edged 2-1 in Monday's non-league match with the visiting Christian Patriots (El Cajon, CA)

In their next game, the Patriots confront the Coronado Islanders (Coronado, CA) in a test, on Wednesday, September 21. Christian will attempt to improve on its 12-4 season record. The Islanders enter the test with a 0-4 record after their 2-0 league loss to Helix (La Mesa, CA).

The Barons (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA). The Mustangs enter the test with a 18-2 record.
