The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the R.J. Reynolds Demons (Winston-Salem, NC) and the visiting Thomasville Bulldogs (Thomasville, NC), saw R.J. Reynolds's volleyball squad nip Thomasville by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, R.J. Reynolds upgrades its record to 5-5 on the year. The Demons host Reagan (Pfafftown, NC) to play the Raiders in a bout on Tuesday, September 20. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Reagan won 2-0 in their recent non-league bout against Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC)

The Bulldogs now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Lexington for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 20.
