New York High School Volleyball - Bellport over Huntington

September 19, 2022: Huntington, NY 11743

In Monday's non-league contest, the Bellport Clippers (Brookhaven, NY) volleyball squad knocked off the host Huntington Blue Devils (Huntington, NY), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Clippers battle the Ward Melville Patriots (East Setauket, NY) in a Section 11 AA-1 contest, on Wednesday, September 21. Bellport will attempt to better on its 7-2 season record. The Patriots come into the contest with a 5-0 record after their 3-1 league win over Patchogue-Medford (Medford, NY).

With the loss, Huntington drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Blue devils travel to Piketon (Piketon, OH) to battle the Redstreaks in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 20. The Redstreaks come into the contest with a record of 4-5. Piketon lost 3-1 in their recent league contest against Unioto (Chillicothe, OH)
