The West Carter Comets volleyball team (Olive Hill, KY), went down 3-0 in Monday's non-league challenge with the host Blazer Tomcats (Ashland, KY)

The Tomcats (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Holy Family (Ashland, KY). The Irish enter the District 64 challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Holy Family went down by Boyd County (Ashland, KY), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Comets encounter the Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 20. West Carter will attempt to move on its 4-11 season record.
