The Vanguards (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Henderson (West Chester, PA). The Warriors enter the Ches-Mont challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Henderson nipped Marple Newtown (Newtown Square, PA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Lions encounter the Bishop Shanahan Eagles (Downingtown, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 21. Cardinal O'Hara will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake (Burnt Hills, NY).
