In Monday's non-league contest, the Pattonville Pirates (Maryland Heights, MO) volleyball squad nudged the host Howell North Knights (St. Charles, MO), by a margin of 3-2.

Next up, the Pirates battle the McCluer North Stars (Florissant, MO) in a Suburban Athletic Conference - Green contest, on Tuesday, September 20. Pattonville will attempt to better on its 12-2 season record.

With the loss, Howell North moves to 4-10 on the year. The Knights host Fort Zumwalt West (O'Fallon, MO) to battle the Jaguars in a non-league contest on Tuesday, September 20. The Jaguars go into the contest with a record of 2-4. Fort Zumwalt West lost 3-0 in their recent league contest against Howell Central (St. Charles, MO)
