Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Schuylkill Haven routed by Jim Thorpe

The Jim Thorpe Olympians volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Schuylkill Haven Hurricanes to 0 in the Olympians non-league victory on Monday.

The Olympians now possess a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tamaqua for a Schuylkill County 1 game on Tuesday, September 20. Jim Thorpe will meet a Blue Raiders team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Catasauqua (Catasauqua, PA). The Blue Raiders record now stands at 0-6.

The Hurricanes (1-5) will now prepare for their game against Mahanoy Area (Mahanoy City, PA). The Golden Bears enter the non-league game with a 2-3 record. In their last game, Mahanoy Area defeated Tri-Valley (Hegins, PA), 3-2, in a non-league game.
