The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the San Tan Foothills Sabercats (Queen Creek, AZ) and the visiting Leading Edge Academy - GEC Spartans (Gilbert, AZ), saw San Tan Foothills's volleyball squad beat Leading Edge Academy - GEC by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, San Tan Foothills upgrades its record to 6-4 on the year. The Sabercats host Coolidge (Coolidge, AZ) to play the Bears in a 3A - South Central match on Thursday, September 22. The Bears come into the match with a record of 1-5. Coolidge lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Florence (Florence, AZ)

With the loss, Leading Edge Academy - GEC drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Spartans travel to Arete Prep (Gilbert, AZ) to battle the CHARGERS in a 2A - Valley match on Tuesday, September 20. The CHARGERS come into the match with a record of 1-5.
