In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting Providence Pioneers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the St. Genevieve Valiants.

The Pioneers (13-10) will now prepare for their battle against Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA). The Dolphins come into the Prep battle with a 1-9 record. In their last battle, Chadwick lost by Westridge (Pasadena, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Valiants clash with the Bishop Amat Lancers (La Puente, CA) in a Camino Real battle, on Tuesday, September 20. St. Genevieve will attempt to advance on its 1-11 season record. The Lancers come into the battle with a 12-7 record after their 3-0 league win over St. Monica (Santa Monica, CA).
